Change Email Address Feature
We are excited to announce a new feature that many of you have requested: the ability to update or amend your email address directly within your account settings.
What’s New:
- Self-Service Email Update: You can now change the email address associated with your account without needing to contact support. This ensures that you can keep your account information up-to-date and continue to receive important notifications and updates.
- Seamless Transition: Changing your email address will not affect your existing bookings or account history. All your data, including past bookings and preferences, will remain intact.
How to Update Your Email Address:
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Your Profile section.
- Click Change to enter your new email address and confirm the change.

Enhance Organisation and Consistency
We've made tagging your profile and events even easier. When you create custom tags, they will be saved for future use, ensuring consistency and accuracy across your Medtribe experience.
With this update, you can easily add and select your own tags, eliminating the hassle of dealing with multiple spellings or versions of a tag.
For instance, if you add "HCAs" as a tag, it will now appear as "HCAs" every time, preserving the integrity of acronyms and specialised terms. This small yet significant change will streamline your workflow and help you stay organised without the headache of mismatched tags.
